I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

I had an appointment with Maia this morning for a Fabriq Reset Treatment. I'm so pleased this is offered at this salon, as I previously travelled for it! Maia was warm, friendly and professional and I look forward to returning in the future. I love my new silky smooth hair!

Fantastic service again from the lovely Claudia! She remembered the challenges I face with sensitivity to noisy environments and after my consult and wash, took me to a quieter area of the salon for my cut, and without me having to ask for this as "special treatment". She listened carefully to what I said I wanted and offered her expert advice, and yes, when I met up with my hubby, he commented on what a lovely cut I'd had! I feel confident that I've found my happy hair place and person!

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience today with my first visit for a haircut. Charley was just perfect, talking through options with me, truly listening to what I wanted and generally being easy going & friendly. After trying numerous different hairdressers over the last 18months trying to find someone who could create the style I wanted, I have really landed on my feet finding Charley!! She did a perfect cut to my asymmetric short hairstyle and finally I have the style I dreamed of. I really couldn't be happier - THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I came to Ruby , hoping and praying for a better result, after so many years of getting it wrong by other hairdressers. My hair has never looked so good, and is now in such good condition. Amy is great with the beauty treatment's and Zoe always does an outstanding job with my hair, I leave her to it and she always works her magic, and Jacob is always doing an amazing job too. The 120 minute Regen Japanese Head Spa was incredible, it was so luxurious and relaxing. The treatment room was so tranquil, the treatment itself was such a great, unique experience. I loved every part of it! My skin and hair felt wonderful after the treatment and I felt calm and de-stressed. Thank You to my wonderful therapist Cam. Excellent service, beautiful immaculate clinic.
