I’ve been to Barry Alan a few times and my most recent experience was by far my best. I had a consultation for hair extensions with Jess, she was amazing! Seemed to know a lot on the subject and the conversation was focused on how to keep my hair healthy before we even began looking at the actual colours for the extensions. She is booked out quite far but got me the earliest possible appointment and put me on a list to call about cancellation. Overall she was lovely and I’m excited about my extensions!

Obsessed is an understatement!!! I got 24” extensions today and I’m beyond happy. My hair was so short and so light, but Zoe matched my colour and Jake did my extensions. My colour is a perfect match, it’s insane how she was able to colour my head just by looking at the hair. Jake cut and placed my extensions, you literally CAN NOT tell which is my hair and which is the extensions. My loyalty will be with these two forever! Plus the chat is always a lol! Amazing hair colour and hair cut! Like always!

1st visit here I've recently moved to Norwich. I wanted a Perm but after strand test was advised this would not be suitable, due to the previous T- section highlights, would cause further damage. Ruby managed to T section my hair with 2 colours without bleach, complementing my existing colour which blended in fantastically. Grace then put in some soft layers & blow dryed it perfectly to give volume & body. I was very anxious finding somewhere new but was put at ease and everything was thoroughly explained throughout. I have found my new hairdresser & look forward to getting my dream perm soon

Amazing service. I had been colouring my own hair for years and needed some desperate professional help. Ellise has always been super welcoming, professional and never judged my dodgy home dye jobs. I now have beautiful blonde hair with some stunning extensions. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone. She has a life long customer now 🙂

As always, I have had a good haircut, prompt service and a good chat! I was offered coffee but declined the offer because I had had coffee at home, just before my appointment. Molly made some helpful suggestions about styling my own blow-dry!
