Went to see Tanya for a consultation to see whether my new brows needed a top up. Hadn’t seen Tanya’s new studio, it really is a beautiful, clean and welcoming space, with parking outside. Tanya was friendly and lovely as always, and assured me I didn’t need to see her just yet for my brows. Will look forward to booking in a few months time. Thank you Tanya!

Kelly is an amazing brows practitioner. I was lucky enough to discover her in 2022 and have been seeing her for top-ups ever since and will never go anywhere else! She’s extremely friendly and personable and her attention to detail and application of her knowledge of brow shape, colour and style is first class. Thanks as always Kelly very happy after my annual top-up today ☺️

Absolutely amazing 😍🥳 100% after trying 3 eye lash tech’s in norwich always disappointed but went to glambox had the lovely Shayla and I’m just sooo HAPPY with the lashes I got.. I almost cried with happiness .. please go to glambox they are amazing girls and such a laugh there.. defiantly a little girl pad I’ll be going back all the time without question 😍🥰

I had my long over due eyebrow microblading top up this morning. I can’t recommend Kelly enough. Super pleased with the results and will be telling everyone I meet. The salon is gorgeous comfortable and clean. Kelly is knowledgeable and very professional as well as cheerful and friendly. Don't look any further you will not be disappointed when booking.

Kelly is an expert in her field. I have been seeing her for eyebrow treatments and have now tried the lashliner. She is an artist who knows how to give a very natural look while enhancing features. She also happens to be a genuinely lovely person too. I highly recommend her.

I had my eyebrows done by Tanya for the first time and I am honestly beyond impressed. The moment I saw my brows, I couldn’t believe how amazing and natural they looked. Tanya is a true perfectionist — she takes her time and pays attention to every detail to make sure everything looks absolutely perfect. Fantastic service, I had my bridal hair up trial and Zoe was wonderful and talked through everything to make sure she knew exactly what I was after. She showed me different styles and re-did my hair to make sure it was perfect. I was nervous beforehand but now I’m really at ease and looking forward to my big day after such a helpful trial and my hair looked exactly how I wanted.

I have just had my 3rd appointment with Tanya. My 1st in her new premises. A stunning facility, beautifully decorated, creating a clean relaxed environment. Always I got the best pedicure service!!! Properly cleaned cuticles and perfect polish application. Sterilised tools and aesthetic atmosphere! Highly recommend with two hands ❤️

The best salon in Norwich! I’ve been coming to the girls for various treatments for almost 3 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience, my lashes, nails and brows are always perfect! The salon is so lovely, clean and welcoming and the girls are so flexible and have rearranged last minute for me before! I wouldn’t go anywhere else xxx

Been going to Kelly for my brows, for a few years now and more recently lash line enhancement. Absolutely love the results and couldn't recommend Kelly enough. She's a perfectionist and her work shows that, not to mention super friendly who will make you feel at ease instantly. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you have been thinking of SPMU, def do it, it's best thing I ever did.
