I had such an amazing experience getting my hair extensions fitted after an incredible consultation. From start to finish, Liv was absolutely brilliant. Colour matching was spot on – I genuinely couldn’t believe how perfectly it blended! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the appointment, which made such a difference. I also really appreciated the advice she gave me, especially around after-care, so I feel confident keeping my extensions looking their best. It was my first time getting extensions and I’m really impressed with the results!! I had some added at the front of my face area due to having breakage /thinning and the extensions have really made my hair look healthier and look much thicker. Very happy with how Frankie did my hair! I normally have Danielle, but as she was away I was fitted in with Frankie. She listened to what I wanted, and made a good job considering neither of us knew what colours Danielle had used! She is also very friendly, and easy to talk to 😊

Fantastic Eurovision nail 💅 art done by Lana 🤩, who is very talented. She is always very professional and creative and interprets my ideas from pictures with her own suggestions. A customer of mine was so impressed the next day when I was at work, she took a picture of my nails to show her daughter 🥰

Niamh is absolutely wonderful. Made me feel at ease straight away. She listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions too. I was worried as I had not been to a hairdresser in over a year and had been cutting it myself at home. I was embarrassed by the state of my hair but Niamh didn’t judge and made me feel so comfortable. Brilliant hair cut and I love my hair!
