I have had my hair done with Jess for over 3 years now and have never had anything other than total satisfaction as a result of a thoroughly enjoyable few hours in her chair! This was my first visit since her relocation and not only was the environment and comfort much improved in the new salon but the total restyle and new colour was perfect. As always. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, efficient and always such a great giggle. Can't wait for my next appointment already!

Faith is so so lovely, she is super friendly and takes great care when brushing and cutting hair, checking in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I’m happy and offering a tea/coffee. She is considerate and always checks before putting product in my hair and even recommends products to me that I can buy to use on my hair to maintain it. I have had my hair coloured and cut by Faith and have never left the salon without a smile on my face. Thank you Faith! :))

Had an appointment at The Salon yesterday and sadly Summer was ill but immediately Martha contacted me and made me an appointment with Shailey who did my hair lovely. Thought this was amazing !.All the girls are beautiful people and nothing is too much to ask. Have been going there a very long time and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else , you are made welcome and they are all more like friends than just your hairdresser. The treatments they offer are endless too. Thank you ladies xxx

I’ve had my extensions done at various places over the last few years but no one has perfected them as well as Alice, I couldn’t recommend Goldielocks enough. I’ve never been left waiting upon arrival unlike some salons that have been running late so I am waiting a long time. She always offers a drink and snack during my appointment and always offers to style my hair at the end which I appreciate as it saves me having to curl my own hair. Thanks ☺️
