Amazing customer service! Went in for laser hair removal and loved that the bed was heated. Helped with the cold weather. But in the middle of the session, my therapist (Axole) asked if I was getting hot from the pain, to which she turned on the AC for me. Even though the procedure was a bit painful, Axole was patient and reassuring (: Will be back!!

It was nice doing nails with you, Maya was my mail tech , very friendly, warm and so welcoming, unfortunately polish peeled off on one nail after a day, I will come back to fix that, but apart from this I enjoyed my first time there xx

This message was the best I've ever had. Received a warm welcome, they knew exactly where to press, and I discovered tensions I didn't even know I had. This was the perfect way to start the 2 year anniversary weekend celebration. I'll definitely come back to this establishment, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent massage therapist. Kellie has strong hands and can find your knots. The location is safe in a beautifully appointed apartment. Small issues using Fresha but you can What’s App and they get back to you quickly. A great find in Cape Town. More Massage will sooth tired and sore muscles while also relaxing your mind.

Wonderful experience, masseuses were excellent and very attentive, will definitely be back.

I just happened to find this hidden gem in the suburbia of Rosebank. The experience and professionalism was excellent. Stephanie’s energy and calming demeanor made me feel at home and at ease! Will definitely be back!

I had the most wonderful experience at Sublime! It was my first visit, and everything exceeded my expectations. Lauren was absolutely amazing, so warm, engaging, and easy to talk to. We had such lovely conversations that made the whole experience feel even more peaceful. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming as well, which set the tone from the moment I walked in. Honestly, the entire visit felt like pure bliss. I’ll definitely be back!

As always, I had the most amazing time. Nobuntu was fantastic! She did my nails super quickly and super efficiently, the dream pairing. The space is always very clean and welcoming. The whole team is so friendly! If you go more often, be sure to ask for the loyalty card, I didn't know they had one till yesterday and I wish I had gotten all these visits stamped, as they don't do it retroactively, so ask for one :) Can't wait to be back again!
