This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

My experience was amazing as it was my birthday so it was my treat of which I received a 30% discount which was an awesome gift. The massage,pedicure and gelish was top tier. A blend of essential oils lingered setting the ambience to my massage. Soft gentle music, and the warmth of a pair of healing hands , is what I needed for my week.
