Booked in for a full body massage and luxury pedicure with Achala whilst on holiday.. I had a FBM last year with a different therapist. Which is found a little off putting so I was a bit nervous. But the FBM with aromatherapy was delightful. Achala put me at ease completely and it was so relaxing - probably the best I've ever had. I had the pedicure in the same room and Achala put lots of different lotions and potions on my feet and I chose from a large colour chart a slightly sparkly burgundy and I'm very happy with how it looks. I'd definitely recommend Achala.

I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

I had a full body lymphatic massage at Just Skin and my experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish. From the initial consultation, Laeti was amazing. We discussed my main concerns in detail, and I never once felt pressured into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. She really took the time to understand my needs, especially as I have a couple of health issues, which made me feel genuinely heard and cared for. During the massage - wow. Lili is a class act. She provides an excellent service and you know that you are in professional hands: Lili knows what she is doing. Despite there being plenty of places in Bournemouth, where I live, I prefer to come to Skincare Cafe in Poole for my beauty treatments.

I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage with Danielle. She used very gentle movements that felt soothing rather than intense. It was very different from a deep tissue massage but just as beneficial in its own way. After the session I felt lighter, less bloated and less inflamed. There was also a visible difference in areas where I usually hold fluid. Beyond the physical effects, it was incredibly calming and also helped me unwind mentally. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking to reduce puffiness or to support their body’s natural detox process.

Back to see Jess again today for a full body polish & massage. As with the other treatments she has given me, I came away feeling very relaxed. She has a very professional manner for a young girl & it is this that gave me confidence in her. She would be a valued addition to any beauty salon.

Claire is amazing in all that she does. LDM after surgery. Deep tissue. Migraine relief. Posture correction..... I could go on and on and on. I doubt there is much she doesn't knowabout the body and mind either and she explains it all to you. She is absolutely lovely as well

An amazing full body massage by Achala. I have had many massages over the years but this was one of a kind- literally from my scalp, face and neck to my toes. Will definitely return to her. Muscle tension just melted away!

I had a deep tissue massage with Chris and it was honestly so good. It felt amazing and really helped ease the tension in my legs, shoulders and upper back. I felt so much more relaxed afterwards. Chris is a really nice guy and super easy to chat to, which made the whole thing feel comfortable and chilled. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a great massage.

I had s wonderful day yesterday. In the indoor and outdoor poole sauna and steam room and then jumping in the waves. All staff were brilliant. Two people stood out especially. Neil Pslmer who went the extta mile for us. In the pool area and Sansah who gave me a wonderful Calm Seas Body Bslance Ritual. I felt so good afterwards I gave her s hug. My husband John snd i used to be life members and it was lovely to be bsck yesterday. It was a shame that we were unable to use our membetship for 18 months from March 20 to Sept 21 because of Covid.

Another full body lymphatic today and feeling so much better already and loved being at Just Skin today with all the festivities 🎄…. Amazing energy 🌟

It was an experience like no other. Lati has the most amazing energy and healing hands. Had an amazing full body treatment alongside Reiki and when I mean I left the clinic with a fresh energy I mean it. It was amazing how she tries to understand your requirements or why you need the treatment to then create a bespoke experience. Highly recommended ✨✨✨

My husband and I booked a full body massage each during our weekend break at The Haven. The whole process from start to end was fabulous and professional. We left feeling rejuvenated and totally relaxed, the two young masseurs were really lovely and welcoming too - we will be back!
