I had a lovely head , shoulder and upper back massage at the Crows nest. Nicola had bought a new massage stool which was so comfy to sit on, relax and enjoy the massage. The massage was amazing and I felt so much better afterwards. I then went for a sauna and swim/movement in the indoor pool. Nicola gave us a stone and incense as first time customers. We will return. My partner had the same massage and he also enjoyed the experience and felt so much better afterwards. I highly recommend Nicola - she is a lovelyperson too. Thank you Crows Nest. xxx

Eyebrow Lamination Just had my brows laminated and honestly, I’m obsessed! They look so much fuller and more put-together, but still really natural. The whole process was super chill and didn’t take long at all. Cassidy was amazing—so friendly and really knows her stuff. She talked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. You can tell she really cares about getting the best result for you. Excellent cleansing facial followed by tremendous hydration and massage. I thoroughly recommend Danielle’s treatments.

A good set if nails again even though I couldn't have shellac because there had been a power cut. Thankfully I could still gave my infills done.

Back to see Jess again today for a full body polish & massage. As with the other treatments she has given me, I came away feeling very relaxed. She has a very professional manner for a young girl & it is this that gave me confidence in her. She would be a valued addition to any beauty salon.

Anita very professional and apologetic for having to Manage the reception during my treatment. It doesn’t help creating a relaxed environment for the customer or technician during their treatment. Hopefully this can be resolved .

Amazing I can not thank Cassidy enough for the wonderful work art work she did on my wedding nails. As always she was full of joy and made shore I felt comfortable at all times. It was my 1st time having a last tint and lift and I was so nervous but she helped me feel at ease and Keep me updated with ever step as she did it. I am so happy with everything that I had done today. I am so glad I found her shop last year, honestly I will never go anywhere else. She is a very happy, chatty out going person and the atmosphere is amazing.

I had the back, neck and shoulder massage and it was bliss. The only tiny thing is I would have liked an indication of it coming to an end a coupe of minutes before - so I could be ready for it to finish. I could've happily drifted off to sleep!

I had a fantastic appointment to have my nails done today. I had acrylics with some art. Cassidy did a pretty flower. I absolutely love them. I was treated with respect and professionally and I had a really good laugh. I cannot wait for my next appointment. I highly recommend cassidy to everybody. Madeline is lovely too.
