My appointment was 2 weeks post op and was recommended by my surgeon as part of the recovery process. I'd never heard of MLD massages before, so I'm happy that I found Claire as she's been fantastic & very knowledgeable. I was still very sore & swollen when I first came to see her, but she managed to gently massage & drain alot of my fluids away during each session, with the added bonus of red light therapy to aid the healing. Claire always offered advice & provided helpful tips to aid my recovery & overall cosmetic results. I have just completed my final massage session & couldn't be happier!

I booked an appointment due to sore shoulders and arms. Initial appointment was very thorough and Teresa advised on other issues that I didn't even mention, she's very observant. The first appointment left me informative of dietary issues and lack of vitamins. The second appointment got me well on the way to be fixed with stretching exercises to do to help ready for a third appointment. Couldn't recommend enough. THANKS xx

My second session of CranioSacral Therapy with Teresa and WOW! What a powerful experience! During my first session I felt lots of muscular tension and it also mimicked my migraine pain-I was satisfied as I chose this to treat my migraine and it definitely worked on the right area. But the second treatment was completely different level of experience. It was very relaxing and I didn't feel any tension at all. But at one point my whole body started to shake, and I laughed and cried unstoppably for about ten minutes. I can't explain what happened, but definitely SOMETHING. Can't recommend enough

Eva was truly amazing today. She probes problem areas of the body that I have never experienced any other therapist do. Sometimes it is uncomfortable but it feels like she has found a problem that she is fixing. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Yet another great treatment! Eva put me to sleep again! She really does have a gift for seeking out problem areas that I am not even aware of and I leave feeling fabulous!
