Fantastic as always! I had let my hair get into a real mess but Michael soon had it looking great. Three layers of extensions, a colour and shaping all whilst drinking great coffee and easy conversation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Lauren.

Had a life changing haircut here and would highly recommend the salon. Everything about the salon is beautiful from the decoration and aesthetic to the people who work there. I had my first haircut after growing my hair back since chemotherapy . The stylist and owner worked miracles with my 3 inch long hair and treat me like a customer and not a cancer patient. I’ve been so scared to even approach a salon and I’m so glad that when I did it was this one. Amazing service by a very talented stylist! No wonder these guys are winning prizes year after year. Always have a great experience at Ruchie and wouldn't go anywhere else. I feel relaxed and comfortable having my hair extensions/colour and it's done to a very high standard as I never have any problems. The thing I really love is just how friendly Michael and Lauren are, they make you feel like friends rather than clients. Have to say, the coffee is 5* too and you can even have a cocktail if you fancy it.

Brilliant save! Hair was ruined after going to a different place that offered a service that Michael didn't, not sure what went wrong in my head to decide to do that, the results from that place were horrendous, partly my fault as I knew the risks and still went for it, spent £250 for nothing. Sacrificed my food money for the month to get this appointment as I couldn't go around with that hair especially if I am an actor/model, at no surprise, it came out beautiful, my hair looked so healthy compared to when I walked in looking like Hagrid (Michael's description). I swear to never go elsewhere

Hadn’t been for a while and my grey roots needed sorting. Rosie expertly blended my greys with my natural colour using low lights and highlights. My hair looks and feels great. Lovely coffee, biscuit and positivity sticker. Great atmosphere as always. Thank you and I wouldn’t go anywhere else ♥️

Had my classic lash extensions done by Sophia and she was amazing! Super professional and really attentive — she even switched on the heated bed when it got a bit cold, which was such a nice touch. My lashes look gorgeous and natural, and the whole experience was so relaxing. Definitely recommend Sophia! 💕

Soph is an absolute star! I've been going to her for 2/3 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She's a sweetheart, as is everyone else in the salon. After a consult with Lauren. I immediately felt at ease. She was friendly, professional & helpful in her suggestions when I wasn’t sure what to do! She completely saved my hair, which was in complete shambles before meeting her. She lifted the wrong colour from my hair (done by another salon), redid the colour PERFECTLY (including additional touch ups where needed), cut, dried & styled my hair multiple times throughout my appointment. She was detail orientated, efficient & kind during our entire interaction; after 4 years of looking for a go-to stylist - I’ve finally found her!

Really nice salon! Everyone makes you feel welcome. Elise who did my hair today is lovely! The colour and cut is perfect and so I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be coming back as it's probably the nicest salon I've ever been too.
