The Venue Westbourne is my go to salon for my manicures. Not only is the location and environment beautiful, but the customer service is really good! Isha was amazing! She always made sure I was comfortable, and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how my nails were looking - I've already booked for my follow-up appointment and counting down the sleeps! I was a bit of a pain for Cass.. kept fidgeting, getting my hair in my nails, just couldn't stop moving. Yet cassidy was fab as ever and did me a lovely set of nails! Thanks for putting up with me 🙃😅

This is my 2nd trip to see Kelly. I’m having BIAB nails. Kelly takes her time and ensures colour and shape are all ok. The salon is really friendly and it’s the first place that you are made to feel welcome and enjoy a pamper. Great prices and a fab little salon.

Cassidy really is a superwoman! The salon is clean, professional, warm & inviting - she is such an expert and my nails always look fabulous! As a sensitive skin gal with allergies, she has all the high end and hypoallergenic, safe products I need. Her knowledge, care, attention & talent has secured me as a regular, and I love that I can bundle in my nails, brows and tan in one place! ❤️

She showed precision and care to each nail and when asked to do some nail art at the last minute, she exceeded the challenge and created beautiful nails that I feel proud to show off. Definitely recommend her! She is polite, friendly, easy to chat to, and made the whole experience 5*!

Alice did an excellent pedicure, she has great skill. I liked her friendly approach & calm demeanour. We had a nice conversation & she treated me to two tasty coffees. I love that she works Sunday as I often work Saturdays thus I have a preferred option. She ensured that I was happy with the nail length ect.
