This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

Portia is super friendly and always delivers exactly what I want. The quality of her nail work is impeccable. It lasts for weeks. I used to go to Boa and the polish was off the next week. My nails would always break. With Portia my natural nails have grown long and strong. I highly recommend using her.

Great service. Sisipho did her best to accommodate all my asks and did a great job. The addition of the curtains are really thoughtful and appreciated, especially for someone like me who wears hijab, as I need to loosen my scarf when having the wax done Tracey was amazing as always Thank you for the last minute accommodation

It was nice doing nails with you, Maya was my mail tech , very friendly, warm and so welcoming, unfortunately polish peeled off on one nail after a day, I will come back to fix that, but apart from this I enjoyed my first time there xx

From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be different. The convenience of not having to fight mall traffic or hunt for parking was already a win, but the experience only got better from there. The warm welcome, exceptional service, and the incredible attention to detail from my nail technician made this one of the best manicure experiences I’ve had. Nothing felt rushed, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients and the quality of their work. Let’s just say… I may have accidentally found myself a new nail home. I booked this Gel Royal Hands for my sister and her manicurist added the cat eye detail. Nails were done beautifully but manicurist added the detail without informing her that this would add another R110 to the bill. This was her first time getting her nails done with BOA,this was our 40th Birthday twin sister date. So to get to the pay point and to realise that the bill is higher than what was initially booked was extremely off putting.
