Honestly the best eyelash experience in Melbourne I’ve had! Maddie was so lovely, explained everything before we started about what we wanted to achieve. She used her expertise to make some executive decisions on lash styles and my lashes look both full, fluffy but natural. They also feel great. Such a nice self care exercise from start to finish! I am so happy with the colour and the shaping of my eyebrows that look natural with my hair colour.. Finally found a beauty salon that listens to a client needs. Best manicure & pedicure AND the best staff & service in Melbourne!! My bridesmaids and I visited Luminous Hair, Nail & Spa to get manipedis before my wedding and had the BEST time! Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. I have a troublesome toenail which most salons aren’t attentive to but the staff here were so gentle. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you!!

First appointment with Sculpt & Tint service. Kate was wonderful. Consult prior to starting was detailed yet quick. The brow sculpting was so precise and she was so gentle. Hardly felt ‘pain’ from the wax or tweezers. So happy with my brows. Will be returning to keep maintained!

Okay, I have to hype up Alessia because she is truly that girl when it comes to brows!! I’ve tried a few different places before, but once I found her, that was it I’ve been going back ever since. Her studio is adorable, super clean, and just gives cozy vibes, but honestly it’s her personality that makes the experience even better. She’s so welcoming and easy to talk to. And her work… WOW. I have never met anyone who can shape brows like her. She takes her time, gets every detail perfect. My face always looks lifted from her brow service!! I walk out feeling so pretty everytime 💖

I had a really good experience getting my lash extensions and brow tint done. Liv was super gentle and knew exactly what she was doing. I was a model for Celin during her training for brow wax & tint and lash lift & tint, and honestly, you’d never guess she wasn’t fully trained yet. Cassandra is incredibly passionate about her work. She pays attention, never rushes, and is very precise with what she does. I don’t get my brows done often as there usually isn’t much to do, most places finish in 5seconds but she took time to make sure everything was perfectly symmetrical .I’m genuinely happy with the result. She even encouraged me to let her know if anything didn’t look right once I got home, which shows how much she cares about her clients’ satisfaction. I’m really pleased with the outcome. She did an amazing job on both my brows and my brother’s waxing. Highly recommend!

Kayla did a fantastic job on re shaping and re doing the colour. The colour had turned blue and the shape was terrible from a previous bad place I’d been to. Kayla is amazing, friendly and knew exactly what to do to fix my eyebrows. She is such a perfectionist. Highly recommended.

alessia was lovely, so nice made sure i was comfortable and okay the did an amazing job on my lash lift and tint i usually have very straight lashes and lash lifts don’t work on me so well but she did amazing and will definitely be coming back regularly
