Cassandra is incredibly passionate about her work. She pays attention, never rushes, and is very precise with what she does. I don’t get my brows done often as there usually isn’t much to do, most places finish in 5seconds but she took time to make sure everything was perfectly symmetrical .I’m genuinely happy with the result. She even encouraged me to let her know if anything didn’t look right once I got home, which shows how much she cares about her clients’ satisfaction. I’m really pleased with the outcome. She did an amazing job on both my brows and my brother’s waxing. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. I went their today for first the first time . Everywhere else i go i walk out with uneven eyebrows , but this eyebrow beautician was excellent & my eyebrows are perpectly shaped like the way i like . Will difinately come back . Always amazing Safaa is the best Lash Technician in Melbourne. If you don’t want your lashes to stick together, feel heavy or even hurt from the amount of lash glue some technicians use, go to this place!

Quick yet professional, attentive to detail. Knows what I want with the tint and shape of my brows, provides good advice as this is only my second time getting my brows done, and first time for tinting lashes and underarm wax. Also Marie was very considerate and gave me pillows to support my leg, so less strain on my back since I am heavily pregnant - really appreciate of this action as my back was starting to hurt a lot while lying down. Also really loved the personal conversations we had.
