Highly recommend Ivy. It’s the only place I will go. Kelly and the girls are very professional and really listens to your needs and knows exactly what treatment is needed. My skin has never felt and looked so good. The girls have your needs covered. So super happy with eyebrows and eyelash tint along with laser. I have been going there for many years and they are so welcoming to new clients.

I recently had laser hair removal at this clinic, and I can’t recommend them enough! The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Cristine was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. They took the time to explain the process thoroughly, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. I’ve been seeing Tina for a couple of years and am one of her regular customers. She is absolutely talented at what she does —-detail-oriented and truly professional. I had a skin tag removed from my face several months ago, get my eyebrow tattoos done every six months, and regularly have my eyelashes infilled every two weeks. All of my experiences with her have been amazing, and I’m always very satisfied with the results.

As usual, this was an incredible experience. From talking through what procedures wanted with Bonnie and then her arranging for me to get an appointment on the one day that I was in Sydney this month, to spending time with the wonderful Mandy again, everything was exceptional. I am an overseas customer and being able to have a meaningful communication prior to booking. The appointment was really important to me. You all did this beautifully. Most importantly, perhaps was Mandy. Who did my procedure. I did Thermage for face and eyes, and her technique was brilliant.

My skin looks and feels so good. Thank you Arsh for such a lovely experience

This was more than a needling treatment. Seda provided me with an amazing service, educated me about after care, ongoing maintenance to look after my skin and "what not to do" regarding my melasma issues. It's wonderful to feel well looked after by Seda!!

Staff were all lovely. Shellac Removal smooth and clean. Well priced. Normal paint reapplied looks fine.
