I went for a haircut and blow dry and it was worth travelling an hour to this studio. Such warm and lovely people. Kate did my haircut and she exactly knew what I wanted and also guided me throughout on what might look good and how to maintain further. She is also so amazing to chat with and her years of experience and professionalism shows in her styling and service. Also, compared to millions of other “best in Melbourne” well known termed salons I tried, stardust studio was actually worth it and was budget friendly. I’ve been coming to Hair by Hong, Oakleigh for over a year now and this is the only salon I come to while living in Melbourne. I have pretty thin Asian-style hair and I personally feel this is the only place who understands how to handle and cut my hair to my style/taste! My hairstylist is Bella, and she is amazing, always knows what I need! My experience has always been fantastic- from the front of house greetings, hair washed, and cut. I had a balayage booked with Britt and Skye assisted, they both did an amazing job! Given how much hair I have and the length they both were really patient and didn’t make me feel bad or like an inconvenience. It was my first time getting professional colour and Britt did a great consult before the service to ensure we were both on the same page. Overall the experience was amazing and I’m so thrilled with the results. 100% recommend Honey Mane Hair Collective and am looking forward to my next appointment!

Incredible experience with the friendliest and skilled stylist -Capone. When I booked the Regrowth Rescue and Foils package, only top quality products were used, it was a one on one interaction in a beautiful space. It was a truly luxurious way to refresh my highlights and have been recommending to everyone since. There was utmost thoughtfulness in the service. When I mentioned my phone battery was dying, he let me borrow a charger with no hesitation, he even supplied umbrellas to ensure locks are protected during the rain. All these details really elevate the service and make it memorable.
