Haru had just moved to Melbourne from Hong Kong after working in Tokyo and Osaka. He was incredibly stylish, skilled, patient, and paid great attention to detail. I went for a haircut and blow dry and it was worth travelling an hour to this studio. Such warm and lovely people. Kate did my haircut and she exactly knew what I wanted and also guided me throughout on what might look good and how to maintain further. She is also so amazing to chat with and her years of experience and professionalism shows in her styling and service. Also, compared to millions of other “best in Melbourne” well known termed salons I tried, stardust studio was actually worth it and was budget friendly. I will be back every time I need a new me look💖😊

Robin is honestly the best hair stylist - I’ve tried more than a dozen Korean and Japanese stylists around Melbourne to get a wolfcut perm as an Asian guy and no one has ever really nailed it…except Robin. Evin is the best colourist I've tried in Melbourne and I've tried MANY. I like my blonde highlights to look natural and blended. Somehow many others have struggled with that, making it look streaky, bulky and old fashioned. Evon works strand by strand (almost literally), the amount of care and time she puts into it, it looks like I have natural sunkissed hair. People have even commented that they thought it was my own colour. It grows out so natural without harsh lines, again, because she perfects the colour of the highlight to best match my ash blonde hair and olive skin. It's truly art.
