Never had so many compliments on my skin! It felt so clean and breathable when I left my Hydrafacial appointment. Charnelle is so kind and comforting and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about where my skin was at after not having a facial in ages. The lymphatic drainage also helped sculpt my face before an event & everyone was telling me my skin looked so supple and hydrated and glowy even without makeup. Also the lash lift with Nicole— AMAZING. You wake up feeling so pretty & no need for mascara. I had extensions for 7 years and don’t think I will need to go back! Thank you both xx

My hairstylist Nicole was phenomenal. Upon meeting her, she did a consult with me first to see what I want and had a look at my hair, she explained the whole process thoroughly. I received a hair treatment, that's left my hair feeling healthy with the new hair cut that she formulated to shape my face. I am so pleased with the service I received, I can definitely recommend.

My 1st experience at the Plumstead branch was absolutely amazing! The branch is beautiful, clean warm and welcoming. The service was exceptional from Lemees at front of house.... Noli with an amazing de-stressing wash and a lovely serving of coffee! Shimene was very patient as I was undecided on my nail colour, her recommendation was fantastic... I am happy with my nails and toe gel set! You are amazing Shimene! Esmerelda thank you for my lovely "wedding hair" although you were not well you stuck it out and gave me your absolute best. Thank you team JEM you are all amazing.

One of the best waxing that I have had , fast and not one hair left , the pedi that i had the scrub was fantastic.

It was my first time waxing and I am happy with the experience… will definitely be back .

Lionel is superb. I am however disturbed at the price hike of 11.5%, which is more than double inflation....and we still have to bring our own towel!!!!! It's actually outrageous. Today, you had run out of paper covers to put between face and bed. Had to use paper towel. The exorbitant price increase is enough to curb my frequency but doing so and still having to bring a towel and now having to buy water instead of a complementary glass is rude. I can go down the road for cheaper and get free green tea or water....etc. Do you get the message? : )
