My hairstylist Nicole was phenomenal. Upon meeting her, she did a consult with me first to see what I want and had a look at my hair, she explained the whole process thoroughly. I received a hair treatment, that's left my hair feeling healthy with the new hair cut that she formulated to shape my face. I am so pleased with the service I received, I can definitely recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience with Ash, the Beautician. She did my nails and waxing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She’s professional, gentle, and really pays attention to detail. It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . Instead you get leaving there filled with smiles and smooth legs.

What an absultely pleasant experience. I am a plus size woman and had a lot going on down there after not waxing for 4 months so needless to say new therapist and long hair in a sensitive area I was nervous for my hollywood. Bernadette was kind, gentle and thorough and also shaped my brows beautifully. I have found my new therapist and its close to my home. Thank you Bernadette I will definately be back!

I think brighter lighting should be added in the waxing rooms to assist the therapist. Dimmable LEDs would be best as it can be dimmed for massage sessions.

I've seen such great results already with my ance scaring using the TTT advanced skin care treatment, which has given me a renewed sense of confidence to wear a make-up free face these days.
