I had the most relaxing facial! My skin was in need of some TLC and my therapist knew exactly what to do. I had the deluxe facial and she focused on my areas of concern which is hyperpigmentation. She also gave the best massage while the face mask was soaking in and followed with a LED light. My skin feels refreshed and hydrated. Will 100% be coming back for another one 😊

I had an AMAZING brow lami with Ali. She was SO gentle when shaping and waxing my brows which I really appreciated. They look great - very happy with the results and attention to care and detail.

It’s hard to put my experience into words because it was incredibly personal and deeply moving. What I can say is that my session with Sophia has truly opened something powerful within me. Spinal Flow is not just a treatment , it’s a journey. It helped me recognise how many blocks we carry in our bodies without even realising it, and how those blocks can make life feel heavier, harder, and more challenging. What I discovered with Sophia is that those blocks can be released. Sophia holds such a safe, grounded space that you naturally feel supported through every moment.

Masseuse friendly and very attentive to sore points, lovely message and facial from her. In the bathroom facecloths, towels and and need updating - looking very old and faded. Cotton pads and tissues used during facial felt a bit cheap. Overall good experience due to masseuses expertise.

The massage element was beyond beautiful — I could feel Felicia taking her time to make sure I was completely relaxed. Chloe was amazing. Very thorough, very professional and the whole Waxing service hardly hurt and I’m 38 weeks pregnant and very sensitive generally. But her technique was amazing. Will be coming back here. Beds are super comfy also. Would come here even if I wasn’t pregnant too . Highly recommend
