wonderful experience. they got me in last minute and actually performed thorough extractions, which my skin so desperately needed after two months in Bali. great energy in the space, lovely manager (owner?), and everything was clean. they have a sign in the bathroom informing guests that the water used in treatments is purified/filtered through osmosis, so that was comforting to read.

The staff member, Ms. Dama, was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable! It was actually my first time getting a Brazilian wax, and I was quite nervous at first, but she really helped ease my nerves and made the whole experience much more comfortable. Great ambience and one that I’d return to out of many spas I’ve visited in Bali. Great team! The receptionist is a gem; very polite and excellent customer service. Not a deal but I think it’d go a long way if you offer a slipper if I’m to leave the shoes/flip-flop outside; the floor is cold inside and it feels rather uncomfortable to walk barefoot on tiles, especially after the treatment; perhaps something to consider. Absolutely outstanding care and attention to detail from the lovely Dr Rake and Sherren. This is my second visit to NA Clinic (first was for a facial, this for cosmetic injectables). I had such a wonderful experience at Point Face. The facial massage was honestly one of the most relaxing things I've done in months. The products are excellent and the therapists are wonderful. The only small downside is the location — you can hear the road quite a bit. But that's nothing compared to the great service and how skilled and knowledgeable the girls are. Highly recommend!
