Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

Where can I start. As I entered Kirsty’s treatment room I felt immediately calm. Kirsty welcomed me making me feel very special. Her treatment couch is so warm and I completely relaxed. I opted for a hydrating facial after a short discussion with Kirsty.

I was given a voucher as a birthday present from a friend so decided to use it for the pic n mix option. Best choice ever. I had a lovely back, shoulder and neck massage followed by a facial and scalp massage ending with light therapy. Absolutely brilliant. Professional, clean and personalised. Hayley is amazing and her knowledge on SPMU laser treatment is evident. Gives a full explanation of the process and what to actually expect following your treatment whilst acknowledging your own expectations Will definitely be back for laser treatment on my tattoos, may even suck it up and not use numbing cream….. eek Definitely recommend 💯

My hydrofacial was amazing and so relaxing and my Botox was done so well. Kate is so welcoming and caring. I’m not very good with needles and usually faint, but Kate made sure to keep my comfortable and safe which meant I didn’t faint. Her space is beautiful and well thought out which adds to the relaxed atmosphere. Thank you Kate, I’ll be back soon!

What can I say! Today I had my lip filler and some Botox. When I looked in the mirror I was over the moon! I absolutely love my transformation! This is probably my 5th visit at Krystian’s salon and I drive 50 miles to see him because HE IS A GENIUS! This beautiful man has a heart of gold, is very knowledgeable, professional and honest, and I cannot recommend him enough. ♥️
