Sam is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin types and the facial required for that person based on their skin type. She is very thoughtful with her application, being gentle on the skin and thorough, ensuring the products are applied on all parts of the face. The additional arm massage and neck massage she gives are a special bonus and they feel amazing. My skin feels rejuvenated and fresh! Thank you so much to Sam, I highly recommend her and I too will be coming back for more facials!

I had the absolute pleasure of trying a Hypno Facial today, I chose the dermaplane option. It really was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. The care and detail that Emma put into the treatment was second to none. I will definitely be back!

This wasn’t my first time going to House of Glam HQ with Natasha and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s so friendly and makes you feel really comfortable, while still being super professional. I had another Halo facial and the results were so worth it. After a few days, my skin looked smoother, clearer, and had such a nice glow. It just feels like you’re actually doing something good for your skin, not just a quick treatment. Would definitely recommend!

Made to feel very welcome and at ease. I then had back, shoulder and neck massage which was fantastic just the right amount of pressure, I had this combined with a facial and Indian head massage OMG this was so relaxing the whole experience was amazing.
