Always a special treat to have a Hydrafacial by Beatrice. I’ve made a good self-caring habit this year of having them regularly, and I intend to continue into 2025. My skin looks younger, feels smoother, and I don’t get breakouts of spot or whiteheads like I did. Gemma is a true professional with a real passion for what she does. She made me feel welcome from the start with a thoughtful message before my appointment—a lovely personal touch! I had my first hot stone massage, and it was just amazing. The warmth of the stones was so soothing, and the little facial massage at the end added an extra layer of relaxation.
