She is very thoughtful with her application, being gentle on the skin and thorough, ensuring the products are applied on all parts of the face. The additional arm massage and neck massage she gives are a special bonus and they feel amazing. My skin feels rejuvenated and fresh! I recently had a facial and microneedling session and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The therapist was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each step and making me feel completely at ease. If you’ve never had a bacial (facial for your back), you need to try one! Such a relaxing, but beneficial treatment. It’s basically a massage and beauty treatment combined. Would highly recommend.

This wasn’t my first time going to House of Glam HQ with Natasha and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s so friendly and makes you feel really comfortable, while still being super professional. I had another Halo facial and the results were so worth it. After a few days, my skin looked smoother, clearer, and had such a nice glow. It just feels like you’re actually doing something good for your skin, not just a quick treatment. Would definitely recommend!

As per always it was a pleasure visiting Jemma. Her expertise is second to none and she is such a friendly and accommodating person. I had a pink glow facial for the first time and im sure I will love the results once it's settled as always.
