Sam is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin types and the facial required for that person based on their skin type. She is very thoughtful with her application, being gentle on the skin and thorough, ensuring the products are applied on all parts of the face. The additional arm massage and neck massage she gives are a special bonus and they feel amazing. My skin feels rejuvenated and fresh! Thank you so much to Sam, I highly recommend her and I too will be coming back for more facials!

Always a special treat to have a Hydrafacial by Beatrice. I’ve made a good self-caring habit this year of having them regularly, and I intend to continue into 2025. I’ve been having monthly massages with Gemma for years and I leave feeling amazing and relaxed every time. I decided to try Gemma’s “Ultimate Unwind” treatment this time and just WOW!! The massage was amazing as always but the soothing facial pressure point massage with cold rose quartz crystals was heavenly! I literally felt like I was in heaven floating on a cloud and I could feel the stress and puffiness leaving my face. I left feeling bright eyed and glowing. Another very enjoyable visit, taking advantage of Kristine's latest offer for models required. So had the facial anti-wrinkle treatment for 3 areas. The appointment went great, with lots of professional advice from the very friendly and informative Kristine and also managed to squeeze in another treatment I needed. Not 100% sure of results, as can take a week or two to fully show the effects, but after just 4days I can already see a vast improvement. Looking forward to seeing you in a week and half. Tiffany ☺️
