Claire is so welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. The lovely warm personality you see on her insta content is exactly how she is in person. She’s very professional and informative and talked me through the facial anatomy and explained everything prior to treatment. I’ve been going to House of Glam for over a year now, and I can’t recommend it enough! Jasmine, the owner, has created such a welcoming space, and the team is incredible. Kim has worked wonders with my skin through microneedling facials, and my confidence has skyrocketed since I started getting my facials (by Kim) , brows and lashes done here by Jasmine. I travel over an hour just to see them, and it’s always worth it. Whether it’s HD brows, facials, laminate brows, or lashes, the results are always amazing. Kim is wonderful, I felt so welcome and comfortable. TBH, it felt as I have I have known Kim since forever. I did the ultimate facial package and my skin feels glowy, soft and amazing. Highly recommend this treatment, my skin feels entirely different, rejuvenated and fresh.

Denise carried out my facial treatment today it was last facial treatment. compared before and after photos and can really see a difference. skin looks much smoother and not as puffy . would definitely recommend this clinic. all the staff are so friendly and lovely and put you at ease straightaway . will dec return if i need any other treatments doing

The experience was excellent. I was offered a drink after a warm welcome, then given a consultation for my haircut, then got a top tier trim. On top of that I was offered a fragrance profiling, and given some excellent advice. Will definitely return.
