Zen Flow is a signature spa style facial that targets all the muscles from the décolletage, shoulders and upwards. 

Using specific techniques to invigorate and revive the skin and muscles.

Activating the lymph, oxygen and blood flow, encouraging cell renewal and waste drainage. 

(please wear a vest top with straps that allows access to shoulders).

Zen Flow

Perfect for those short of time, wanting an express facial using basic facial massage techniques to revive the skin. Boost the results with an add on option. 

If you would like the shoulder and neck included please choose the Zen Flow or Sculp & Lift facials. 

Skin Saviour

A methodical and rhythmical face massage that focuses on individually releasing tension from each muscle, chest to scalp. 

By thoroughly involving the scalp muscles this restores volume, whilst lifting, the muscles of the face. 

A range of tools such as gua sha and cupping can be used to enhance results.

A traditional ancient Chinese technique that uses a Gua Sha tool that will eliminate any excess fluid creating a sculpting effect and stimulation of the lymphatic drainage system.

Close the Bones Ritual

Scar massage will help to loosen scar tissue, reduce pain, and increase blood flow to the area to help the scar heal faster. Helps in draining any built up fluid  that creates the sometimes dramatic overhang often accompanying the aftermath of a c section operation.  

Help your scar to heal. Initially, the scar can be painful, and if left alone, scar tissue can be problematic, causing problems in your pelvic floor muscles and the abdominal wall. A scar massage can prevent these complications.

Suitable for 10-12 + weeks post partum.

 This is the Zen Flow with added Intraoral massage: a rejuvenating face massage with added Buccal Intraoral techniques focused on releasing the jaw muscles from inside the mouth. 

Perfect intro to buccal massage for those that clench their jaw, suffer from mild TMJ and experience tension headaches.

A sterile intraoral massage, inside the mouth, is brilliant for releasing tension and promoting circulation in the jaw muscles, allowing better access to the cheeks and reducing nasolabial folds and drooping mouth area.

The facial will begin with deep tissue massage on the back, move up to the back of the neck and head before turning over to release facial muscles from the chest and neck upwards.
