INCREDIBLE!!! The hot stones (and Catey) were both absolutely amazing in the Starlight on Snow package. It also included the best facial I’ve ever had. I’ve been going to House of Glam for over a year now, and I can’t recommend it enough! Jasmine, the owner, has created such a welcoming space, and the team is incredible. Kim has worked wonders with my skin through microneedling facials, and my confidence has skyrocketed since I started getting my facials (by Kim) , brows and lashes done here by Jasmine. I travel over an hour just to see them, and it’s always worth it. Whether it’s HD brows, facials, laminate brows, or lashes, the results are always amazing. Love coming here. I have tried many salons in Newcastle and this is the best

I had a back facial with Hannah which was fantastic. Magic relaxing hands to say the least. Clean and cosy environment. Hannah was very attentive I came out feeling fresh knowing she got the pores I can not reach. I will be back, from one man to another test it out.

Today I had a dermaplanning facial. Jo is very friendly and knowledgeable making the experience perfect. Highly recommended

What a relaxing experience! I can honestly say not only is my skin glowing to perfection but I felt so much in the zone and that exactly where you should be. The best I’ve ever had and booked straight back in. If yous haven’t tried this facial please put it on your to do list .

Hannar is the best at Botox, nail work, and also facial and skin care. I feel safe with her because she even cares about medical matters if you have a health problem.

Had a great visit today. My first time out in 18 weeks so was a little apprehensive. Needn’t have been. The steps they have in place put you at your ease as soon as you go through door. Adele gave me a fabulous cut which was much needed. She wore PPE and I wore a mask but felt really safe. All the staff were brilliant and as friendly as always. Cant recommend Mono highly enough.
