Claire is so welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. The lovely warm personality you see on her insta content is exactly how she is in person. She’s very professional and informative and talked me through the facial anatomy and explained everything prior to treatment. I’ve been going to House of Glam for over a year now, and I can’t recommend it enough! Jasmine, the owner, has created such a welcoming space, and the team is incredible. Kim has worked wonders with my skin through microneedling facials, and my confidence has skyrocketed since I started getting my facials (by Kim) , brows and lashes done here by Jasmine. I travel over an hour just to see them, and it’s always worth it. Whether it’s HD brows, facials, laminate brows, or lashes, the results are always amazing. I had a back facial with Hannah which was fantastic. Magic relaxing hands to say the least. Clean and cosy environment. Hannah was very attentive I came out feeling fresh knowing she got the pores I can not reach. I will be back, from one man to another test it out.

Today I had a dermaplanning facial. Jo is very friendly and knowledgeable making the experience perfect. Highly recommended

Hannar is the best at Botox, nail work, and also facial and skin care. I feel safe with her because she even cares about medical matters if you have a health problem.

I was confused between the Korean Glass Skin Facial and the Superficial Pigmentation AHA Peel, but Sim immediately understood my skin concerns and recommended the peel. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and customises everything to what your skin truly needs. The results were amazing—my skin had a noticeable glow, and the massage was the best I’ve ever had. Prices are super reasonable too. Sim is lovely and professional—this clinic is now a must-visit for me every month. Highly recommend!
