Amazingly fine. Alex's microblading (& personal rapport!) skills far exceeded my first microblading experience. My brows are fab; all my girlfriends agree after comparing my 'before' closeup photos with Alex's genius 'after' work. After redefining my brows, with a different technique Alex removed my small facial thread veins. I was serviced today by Rochelle, I had a hydro facial and Dermaplane facial. First let’s talk about the decor- very comfortable, setup was beautiful, clean, absolutely lovely. Rochelle was really gentle with me and explained everything she was doing step by step. She even shared with me the products that she used on me. Rochelle was very accommodating and ensured I was comfortable. I was really pleased with the results from my facial. My face was really glowy and looked fresh. Very pleased, would definitely recommend. 10/10

Nisha was very kind and respectful. However, my appointment was scheduled for an hour, but the entire session took about 45 minutes. I waited a long time for the numbing cream to take effect and the microneedling treatment seemed really short. I expected the treatment itself to take longer, especially since it was for my entire face. I felt like the device didn't move around my face enough, which made me wonder if the treatment was done enough. I paid for the full 6 sessions at once, so I was a little disappointed and would appreciate a little more explanation. Regards, S.D
