I am in London for summer from NYC and needed to keep up my lashes. Lolo is close to my flat so I decided to try and I am obsessed. I’ve been twice and they’ve done an excellent job and my lashes look phenomenal and so natural, I have gotten so many compliments. Will be going here all summer for sure!

I am in love with my hair!!!! The team are all so knowledgable and personable. I’ve been worried about hair fall and breakage since moving to london and having hard water, but they are so good! They recommended how I should be looking after my hair and were able to tell me what I needed to do to get my hair healthy and blonde at the same time. The best balayage i’ve had in london - I travel an hour for this!

The Mama-to-be-Glow facial was amazing. All of the stages felt great, the atmosphere was relaxing, Betty is a an expert in skincare, and the results are like a miracle. I always have such a great experience coming in for a facial here! The room has such a calm and welcoming vibe, and Preeya is amazing at what she does. The facials always leave my skin feeling so refreshed and pampered. My favorite part is definitely the relaxing head massage at the end — it’s those little touches that make all the difference!

Honestly one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Katie is super friendly and knowledgeable. She takes the time to get to know you and your skin concerns and tailors the facial to your needs. The massages were amazing too and made me so relaxed. Got multiple compliments on my skin from strangers after so she definitely did something right! Katie also took the time to send me a detailed list of tips and product recommendations after I asked her for advice. So nice. Can’t wait to be back! x

I absolutely loved my hydro facial today! It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep for a little while. When I looked in the mirror afterwards, I couldn’t believe how fresh and glowy my skin looked. My face honestly looked even better than when I arrived wearing makeup! The whole atmosphere was so calming, and it was such a lovely way to end the working week and finally take a bit of time for myself. I’ll definitely be back. The best facial I’ve had ever. The girls were very welcoming and took time to understand my skin and needs. Hiba was very thorough, really got into my skin and explained the process for me before and as she was doing it. My skin feels so much better even after just one session. Amazingly fine. Alex's microblading (& personal rapport!) skills far exceeded my first microblading experience. My brows are fab; all my girlfriends agree after comparing my 'before' closeup photos with Alex's genius 'after' work. After redefining my brows, with a different technique Alex removed my small facial thread veins. So, while I may not be 'stunning', Alex's unhurried, caring work IS stunning and makes me feel that way too. 😀 I have confident pleasure in sharing my experience of Alex at Classic Beauty - & her contact details - with my friends.
