I had the Palm of Feronia facial with Olivia and it was truly the best way to spend a heatwave day in London. The treatment was tucked away in a cool, relaxing room with a beautiful energy. I had an ice tea to begin and Olivia finished with ice globes for extra cooling. A beautiful energy and thorough but relaxing experience - I left feeling lifted, glowing and a few hormonal spots I was struggling with feel much calmer and less inflamed today. Anita is absolutely fantastic. She is so kind and knowledgeable, especially since this was my first peel! I had some sensitivity (as expected) and she ensured I had enough moisturiser and gave me a soothing face mask to take away.
