I am in love with my hair!!!! The team are all so knowledgable and personable. I’ve been worried about hair fall and breakage since moving to london and having hard water, but they are so good! What Isabel has created is difficult to find in central London. I come for facials at least once a month and before events. The experience is always unusually personal and considered. Not rushed at all… She has a gift for understanding exactly what is needed without making a performance of it. The studio is clean, serene and wonderful… I always leave feeling like a newborn baby… Those who know Isabel tend not to let her go.

I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage. Overall I’m really happy with my experience so far and excited to continue my treatments.
