I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

Abi is amazing at what she does i’ve had lashes, brows and my facials done by abi and im happy every time, she is so professional and welcoming, she will be up for a chat or let you just relax ☺️ i highly recommend 💕

Very happy with how my hair was cut and styled. I went for quite a big change from long to short hair. I showed some pictures for inspiration and Zhanna adapted it to suit my hair type.
