I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. Louie was amazing to see for acupuncture. I went to see them for ongoing shoulder pain. The consultation was thorough looking at all aspects of my health. Louie explained in detail how the acupuncture needles would be placed, how it would feel and reassured me throughout the session. The space is beautiful and calming. I had some good immediate relief from pain and more movement in my shoulder. I'll definitely be booking in again with Louie. I highly recommend. Louie and acupuncture as a treatment are amazing :)
