Collete always listens to my needs and I always walk away feeling 100 times better then when I walk in. Each treatment is different depending on my needs. It is always a relaxing treatment. Whether it be hot stone, acupuncture or even reflexology. She is very knowledgeable and always has different things to recommend to try and get the best out of every treatment. Collette is just fantastic I highly recommend her especially if you want a therapeutic massage. She is quick to assess any issues you may have & plan her treatment accordingly. She will use acupuncture to compliment her massage if it’s something you are happy with. I always leave feeling much better than when I walked or hobbled in. I have been for treatments that focus on my knee, shoulder & spine - each time the treatment has had a positive outcome.

I visited The Lotus Beauty Rooms the other day with a absolute belter of a migraine, I thought i would have to cancel but so pleased I didn't.... I told Emma what was going on, she then told me to lay on the couch & relax. What came next was an hour of sheer bliss... Emma performed a relaxing massage, cupping, Thai reflexology & then told me to turn over & lay on my back. She then on to do acupuncture, cranial massage & also and upper back & neck massage.. Absolutely unbelievable & I felt like a new person with a new head. The Lotus Beauty Rooms just keeps on getting better & better ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Hannah made me feel at ease and comfortable. Listened, assessed and then made a plan to solve my pain issues. Amazing results after massage and cupping. Hannah is friendly and warm and I will definitely be making more appointments.

Hannah made me feel at ease the whole time. Being a bit older I was a bit apprehensive about the massage but Hannah was very considerate to my mobility and needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone of my generation.

Had a lovely experience today, my treatment was tailored to my needs, which I wasn’t expecting. I’ve never had acupuncture before and I was pleasantly surprised. I did get told off for not drinking enough fluids 😬 Colette is so nice and her knowledge is second to none! I will definitely be returning for further treatments. Has a cuddle with Raven, which was a huge bonus!

Collette really knows her stuff. After an amazing full back massage and acupuncture to an injured shoulder, she very nearly put me to sleep with hand reflexology. That's a real achievement with me!! Always feel great after a treatment. I would recommend her treatments to anyone with injury, stiffness or pain.

Arrived with the most painful shoulders, left feeling so much better! Hannah is so friendly and really helpful. Will definitely be back for more!

I have been going to Collette for a number of years. I am not a fan of massage however by having acupuncture,cupping and a little massage it works a treat and sorts my problems out. Colette knows her stuff and has always been a godsend. I have also had reflexology which I do really enjoy and that helps keeping my body right.
