Phoebe starts the session asking about any issues and adapts to support. She will also offer exercises or advice about the particular issues- I discovered the knot in my shoulder was likely due to weaker pec muscles! Can't wait until next time!

Would highly recommend. Have had two great sports massages and finally getting to the bottom of the shoulder pain I've had for years! Knowledgeable, friendly and experienced.

I’ve been to a few sports masseuses in my time but have stuck with Natasha for years now! She really does have magic hands and goes straight to the problem to fix it. I’m bewildered after all this time as to how she can find the issue so quickly but she can. She’s great fun and a very sweet person, too. I always leave pain-free and relaxed. She is worth every penny.

Very proffessional job done

I can’t recommend Natasha highly enough. She knows exactly where to find my tight muscles without me having to explain exactly where they are and deals with them expertly, going deep enough by applying enough pressure without me being in agony. She not only does massages but can also deal with scar tissue! She’s an absolutely brilliant find and I’m very happy she was recommended to me.

Natasha is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. Due to medical conditions I have a massage every 3 weeks or less so I know a good therapist when I get one. Thankyou very much, will see you next time I visit the UK
