My 1st appointment with Hannah today. Went for acupuncture for neck and shoulder pain. Hannah put me at ease straight away. Explained the process and was very easy to tall to. Charlotte was amazing. I've been fighting doctors, chiropractors and physiotherapists for over a year now to help me with my back pain. I've always felt like they just want me gone as quickly as possible. Charlotte actually listened to me which was like a breath of fresh air. She given me exercises and some possible reason for my pain. Which is more than anyone else has given to me to this point. I'm very grateful and hope this is the beginning of the end of my pain.

Another great sports massage focusing on my legs, I suffer with poor circulation using the compression boots I noticed a difference with my legs pre and post massage I added the Biomechanical review, I really wanted to see where my pain comes from & how I move affects my body and my performance in the gym. I would highly recommend have great tips to take into my daily life and gym with the option of a session in the gym to really look into how I can move correctly or videos, due to my poor posture focus on my upper body and my legs for correct form to get even definition as 1 is more dominant

Thoroughly enjoyed my massage and made to feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Gaz was able to locate and work on spots where I held tension very easily while also staying In constant communication to ensure I remained comfortable. I prefer a very firm massage (which can be hard to find someone to accommodate my needs) but Gaz easily achieved the required pressure. I suffer with chronic pain everyday and I am usually popping painkillers like smarties. So far, I am yet to take any due to my pain levels being currently tolerable since my treatment.
