Had my first ever Reiki session with Michelle and it was fab! She explained everything so well in advance of the treatment and made me feel at ease the whole time. A truly relaxing experience and eye opening to things that can be impacting the day to day functioning of the body. One of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had, Jason is very knowledgeable and skilled at his craft, I’ve never come across anyone that can go deep in to your muscles without causing much pain, I felt very relaxed and nearly fell asleep. I’m usually in agony when having a deep tissue massage but not with Jason. I’ll see you again very soon. Also to add a very polite and friendly gentleman.

i went for reflexology with an open mind see if it would help my aging body (i'm 52) and wow what an experience i was able to bend my knee without pain for first time in forever i can't describe the sensations but it was weirdest experience is all i can say it was amazing i had a session with caroline and rebooked straight away

Jason is a bright and charismatic therapist who put me straight at ease; a genuine, down-to-earth guy. The consultation on the day discussed problem areas in more detail and ensured we were on the same page regarding what I wanted to achieve from the treatment. A newcomer to Cupping Therapy, the process was explained throughout and Jason ensured I was as comfortable as possible during the treatment. It's the next morning now and the pain in my shoulders and back have reduced significantly. Great aftercare card. Thank you Jason look forward to another treatment with you in future :)

A great service by Leo. Took the time to ask about the pain in my foot and carried out a thorough examination resulting in a diagnosis. Gave me some exercises to do.

Angela was welcoming , friendly and very skilled . An enjoyable Reiki session , will definitely go back .

Great experience today at Optimal Recovery! I feel much more confident that I’ll make it to the Leeds Half Marathon despite a few recent niggles. Highly recommend paying a visit if you need help understanding how to treat an injury in preparation for an upcoming sports event!
