Recently booked for a Vodder Technique - Manual Lymphatic Drainage and it was fantastic. I opted for a full body treatment. It felt like a gentle body massage. Straight after treatment I noticed a reduction in puffiness to my face and stomach. It also helped to ease the tension I was feeling in my jaw and hips. Colette explained the process to me during the treatment, full of knowledge as always!! Definitely a treatment I will be adding into the rotation.

Hannah amazing as always, with a focus on legs because my knee decided to play up recently. Full massage and cups on hamstrings, calves, quads and glutes and 24 hours later I’m feeling loads better and my knee feels 90% better today which I couldn’t have imagined 48 hours ago - miracle worker, thank you 🙏🏻

I’d been struggling with some tightness and discomfort in my neck and upper back, but after the session, I noticed a huge difference—much more range of motion and a real sense of relief. The whole experience was not only therapeutic but also really calming. Grateful for the care and skill that went into it!
