Always professional, warm, empathetic, responsive to my needs and genuine in her desire to provide treatment to me in the best ways possible, meeting my bespoke needs. Chronic neck and head pain for 15 months and received no support and understanding from GPs, yet just one, short acupuncture treatment with Penny today the pain is lifted and I have some respite. I will continue my two weekly visits with much enthusiasm and faith.

This has been my second visit with Warsash Therapy Rooms and both times have been brilliant. Met Nickie today who was absolutely lovely, very helpful, professional and easy to chat with. The treatment was uncomfortable but felt good and was what I needed. Thank you so much ☺️

I had acupuncture for my back/shoulder tension followed by a massage. I left feeling so much lighter and less stiff! The session itself was very comfortable and I’d highly recommend!

I booked a sports massage after weeks of intense training, and wow—what a difference. Erika is fantastic: knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly experienced. She found every knot and tight spot I didn’t even know I had. The massage was firm and I could feel the tension melting away as she worked through my legs, back, and shoulders. I left feeling refreshed, more mobile, and genuinely lighter. It was like hitting the reset button for my body. Definitely recommend!

Jessica has worked her magic again, after spending close to a £1000 on steroid injections at a private clinic 4/5 weeks ago and still having a lot of pain in my knees I had an appointment with Jessica today for focussed acupuncture and i am now getting much better relief Thank you.
