Third time with Josh, great guy, down to earth, great service. Puts you at ease and talks you through everything he does, while checking if you’re ok or if in any pain or discomfort. Today was my first time using acupuncture and dry cups. Josh talked me through how it all works, what I can expect. Focused on the areas I needed. Not sure if it’s all in my mind but already can feel a little bit of a difference, looking forward to seeing how it’s worked over the next few weeks. Thank you again Josh.

Josh delivered an excellent sports massage. We started with a brief but informative consultation about my health and focus areas. The deep tissue massage that followed was spot-on, addressing all my problem areas effectively. His technique was thorough and tailored to my needs.
