I've been receiving treatment from Mark now for over a year for a herniated disc. I can honestly say that his work has meant I have been able to do my job( joiner) and with out his help I think I'd be nearly on the scrap heap 😆 He's dedicated to his work and is a great bloke 💪

Another tailored PT session to progress my fitness forward. Mark meets the brief and more, he gives absolutely solid advice to get your health & fitness to where it needs to be, always amazed that he can fit so much information into just one session. Never thought I would say this about going to the gym but I actually look forward to going, I look forward to doing all the workouts on my own that Mark puts into place during a PT session because I can see the progression in just a few short weeks. Highly recommend especially if you are at a loss on where to start!

I was a little nervous about using a gym again after years of not much activity. But I didn't need to worry as Mark put me at ease as soon as I arrived. He was very approachable, non judgemental and explained the gym membership and demonstrated the use of the equipment thoroughly. He introduced me to other gym members so I felt relaxed very quickly. I'm looking forward now to my first workout .

Having been unable to use my right arm and hand fully for nearly five months, due to a muscular injury in my back, I contacted AG Injury and Rehabilitation. Just one week after just one appointment and twice-daily recommended exercises I no longer had the searing pain I’d experienced during the previous five months. Within a fortnight my full range of movement in my right arm and hand had returned and I’ve been able to resume my normal activities. I can’t recommend AG Injury and Rehabilitation highly enough.

Recommended. Arun did an assessment before conducting physio in his clinic, explained what he was doing and why as he went along, then provided exercises to do at home. Good experience.

My initial assessment so several questions asked and notes made. Followed by further considered questions before any therapy began. Attentive at all times along with explanation of suspected injury and way forward to recovery. Very polite, calm and professional.
