This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

I had such a lovely experience with my lash lift! My lashes turned out beautifully lifted, natural-looking, and exactly what I wanted. I had an amazing experience at Original Wellness Spa and couldn’t recommend them more! The spa is spotless, calming, and has such a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. Rue was absolutely fantastic! she was incredibly thorough throughout my waxing appointments, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. I had my HIFU treatment at novaderm yesterday and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcome and the clinic has such a calm, beautiful atmosphere. A special thank you to Charnelle, who was absolutely amazing. I never normally leave reviews but I had to for this — I debated coming here for a while cause I searched the location first and the building is genuinely scary and dodgy-looking. That being said, once you get past the building, the experience of the service and the quality is top notch. I had a great time and will definitely be going back for my lashes.
