I had visited a different branch in Cape Town before and was quite disappointed with the results. However, when I went to BOA on Bree, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely manager, Savannah, who didn’t hesitate to fit me in and ensure my nails were absolutely perfect! She really made me feel heard and valued as a client! I was then assisted by Charity as my nail technician, and she was phenomenal — truly exceeded my expectations. An 11/10 experience! I highly recommend this branch. 😊

I had the most amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, Sabeeha made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to understand the look I wanted. A fantastic experience. My husband and I were jetlagged and fatigued after a long haul flight to Cape Town from New Zealand. The couples Swedish massage with aromatherapy oils was just what we needed. Wonderful massage treatment from Chantal and Melissa in a lovely setting.
