This was genuinely one of the best sport / deep tissue massages I have ever received. As soon as Abigail touched my calf, what was supposed to be an inner thought, slipped as I complimented her out loud! Lauren was awesome and her sports massage was out of this world. She truly knows how to get the toughest knots out your back and shoulders. Lauren has such a beautiful studio which makes you relax as you walk in. Would highly recommend her and will definitely be going back to try out her other treatments 😊

Fabulous spa. All of the staff are warm and welcoming. Luxe Mani and luxe Pedi’s were so relaxing. And the gents loved their Gents Mani and Pedis and massages too. For one of the party it was their first manicure ever and he loved it too. Thank you to everyone for being so accommodating with rearranging times and fitting all 4 of us in as a group at very short notice. Highly recommend the team there.

On a busy weekend in Cape Town and thousands of Hyrox enthusiasts trying to get pre-event or post-event massages, Ninette came through for me. Highly experienced and incredibly knowledgeable about human anatomy and physiology for competitive sports. My minor aches and pains were given a light treatment and felt amazing. I can say with confidence, I feel prepared and ready to do my first event and thanks to Ninette from Cape Radiant.
