This was genuinely one of the best sport / deep tissue massages I have ever received. As soon as Abigail touched my calf, what was supposed to be an inner thought, slipped as I complimented her out loud! Lauren was awesome and her sports massage was out of this world. She truly knows how to get the toughest knots out your back and shoulders. Highly experienced and incredibly knowledgeable about human anatomy and physiology for competitive sports. My minor aches and pains were given a light treatment and felt amazing. I can say with confidence, I feel prepared and ready to do my first event and thanks to Ninette from Cape Radiant.

Fabulous spa. All of the staff are warm and welcoming. Luxe Mani and luxe Pedi’s were so relaxing. And the gents loved their Gents Mani and Pedis and massages too. For one of the party it was their first manicure ever and he loved it too. Thank you to everyone for being so accommodating with rearranging times and fitting all 4 of us in as a group at very short notice. Highly recommend the team there.

I just had an incredible deep tissue massage focused on my neck, shoulders and back with Kellie and I can’t recommend her highly enough! Her hands worked magic - I came in with a lot of pain and tension and left feeling completely relieved and relaxed. Kellie’s expertise, care and attention to detail were exceptional.
