I had a wonderful acupuncture and massage session with At Home Holistic Therapies on Monday. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease — the environment was calming, and Hugo & Aze were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. The acupuncture was gentle but effective, and the massage really helped release deep tension I’ve been holding onto. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and genuinely relaxed. I come regularly to have acupuncture/ massage and there is always an amazing difference when I leave. Today however I feel even more better coming out, I am having a flare up so my whole body is stiff, tense and in pain and I noticed how much it had eased by the time I left! Thankyou both

Really relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Was so welcoming and helpful, especially when I had to bring my young baby along too. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Booked on behalf of my mom for a surprise. She has been so comforting and tailoring to my mom’s needs and wants. It was the ultimate relaxation that my mom’s needed I am so happy I found her and we will be 100% using her again. Thank you again for what you have done today.
