Elliot is really warm and welcoming, talking the time for a background of your physical performance and injury/issue history. He clearly explains the treatment process for your visit. Elliot was very enhancing and it very considerate and keeps you talking through the stages where treatment might be uncomfortable and keeps your mind focused. Coming from a CrossFit background, Elliot was able to identity how movements will be impacting my injuries and offers strength and conditioning exercises to help my develop on these areas.

I first started to have these sessions about October time in preparation for a marathon. I've had calf pain for 6 years which has really limited what I can do. The issue was identified and sorted on the first session, I've been pain free ever since. I've been going once a month to get ready for a marathon.
