I had an Indian head massage with Adele and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Adele made me feel completely at ease, and the treatment melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. The studio itself is warm, calm, and very welcoming, which really adds to the whole experience. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and uplifted. I would highly recommend Adele to anyone looking for a truly soothing treatment.

I had the Autumn Soother Package with Adele and it was honestly amazing. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. The room was warm and calming, with lovely autumn scents that set the mood perfectly. The massage was just what I needed — so soothing and done with real care. Adele has such a gentle, professional touch and you can tell she genuinely wants you to leave feeling your best. I walked out feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. I would recommend this treatment if you need a bit of self-care or a proper wind-down. I’ll definitely be booking again! 🍂💆‍♀️

As always brilliant session, legs are improving, muscles are becoming more relaxed as time goes on over past few months, muscles were very odemitous, but not as much can't believe the improvement in such a short space of time, should have done this year's ago and kept on top of it, but Jo is amazing with the massage therapy and advice, defo recommend

Had the best evening! Very relaxed slept so well afterwards! If you haven't tried the Yoga & Soundbath evening yet ... your missing out! Yoga with Claire was amazing really enjoyed being out of my comfort zone will definitely be returning! I've never been to a soundbath before i didnt really know what to expect... im a busy mum to 3 so i find it really hard to relax/switch off. Wow Victoria has the voice of an actual Angel absolutely bliss so relaxed! The 2 sessions definitely complement each other! Not forgetting the Hostess with the Mostest Adele your amazing at everything you do! Thank you!

Had a few problematic areas so I booked in for a VIP massage with dry cupping—and wow, what a difference! Released tension in areas I didn’t know I was holding. Great knowledge, really relaxing little set up felt comfortable- highly recommend!!

Its not just a massage with rizz, its and educational lesson in massage therapy as he explains what hes doing not just getting to work on you and more than happy to help show you how to fix issues yourself using the techniques at home etc. great work 🤜🏼🤛🏼

I have been struggling with my shoulder/bicep for a while so decided to go to see Riz as he was recommended. He soon identified the issue, explained in detail the problem and got straight to work. I feel the massage really helped with the muscle tightness. Riz was very knowledgeable, took time and applied the right amount of pressure throughout. I felt immediate relief in my muscles, improved mobility, and far less tension afterward. The session was both therapeutic and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone who trains regularly or deals with muscle soreness.

I've had massages other places but they tend to just give you a massage and that's it. Riz is full of ideas for different treatments and it's clear he really knows his stuff. He's also a really nice fella who puts you at ease.

As I experience regular pain and discomfort in my lower back, following a spinal injury, I was initially anxious and apprehensive to share my individual needs. Mukti immediately created a sense of calm and balance as we discussed my history and expectations for the massage. Mukti’s attention to detail clearly reflected her experience and thoughtfulness to ensure the massage was personalised and bespoke to me. Needless to say, I’ve already booked my next appointment!
