Excellent! It was my first time going to Gaya, after a friend recommended her. I finally found a hairdresser who listens to my preferences while also giving some really good advice. I had a full foil, so got some new colours and even got a fringe, something I had been hesitating to get for years. Loved the end result, and will be going back to Tomoko in the future too!

Hina really listened to what I wanted and explained everything step by step. The results were even better than I imagined – I walked out feeling confident and so happy with my new look. Highly recommend for first-timers! . Hina also explained the colouring process and helped me choose a shade that really suited me. The cut was perfect – fresh, flattering, and easy to manage.
